Parkour

Parkour's meaning is Agile soldier The world is are playground  im going to talk about some tactics that help me stay focused.(One) Find some music if you find music that gets you going it should help.(Two) where loose cloth's don't go running around in pajamas i mean a wife beater and gym shorts or cargos.(Three) this may sound a little weird but get some old gloves and super glue sand paper to them.(Four) Find some shoes that look like the ones Above, and that help's me do my thing so you'll see more posts soon.
